RESPONSIBILITIES
♦ Advisor to General Director on commercial and contractual risk aspects of the business.

♦ A contractual and commercial “middleman” between company employees and +100 customers, ensuring timely review and approval of contact terms.
♦ Arrangement of all outsourced trainings involving contractors from all around the world.
♦ Coordination of preparation of pre-qualifications and commercial and governmental bids.
♦ Facilitator at meetings with customers and subcontractors.
♦ Maintaining of contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports etc.
♦ Development and implementation of contracts management procedure.
♦ Managed revenue recognition, pricing and discounting policies.
♦ Control and coordination of debtors.
♦ Support BD and Marketing to ensure STTC services are offered with competitive terms and conditions.
♦ Analysis and communication of new laws, regulations and contract/market trends.
♦ Stand-in for HR Manager

♦ Developed, implemented and maintained STTC Contracts System and relevant procedures.
